My generic lorcet {Watson 503} have always been pale green. My refill, which is the same medication {strength, shape and mfg.}, but they are white and I believe they had a different imprint. For years I've been legitimately prescribed this medication for pain managment after a Cage was put in my lower back due to degenerative disc disease~surgery was unsucessful for pain relief. Thank You in advance for any information...Peace ## Without knowing the imprint on them, I can't check them for you, to see if they are the same medication or not. However, what I can tell you is that it may be just the color that has changed. Watson has recently begun removing the dye from some of their tablets, due to the fact that it was causing sensitivities in some people and there were some who wer... ...

I'm young an have to take these white hydrocodone pills (two at a time) I'm scared I will be " messed up " like all my friends are saying? I need help.. ## Hi, True! How are you? What do you mean by saying that you 'have' to take them? Even if your doctor has prescribed them, that doesn't mean that you are obligated to take them, that decision is ultimately up to you. And I am also not sure what you mean by 'messed up'? Could you please post back and clarify? Learn more Vicodin details here. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor? ...

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Vicodin details here. These tablets are being discontinued and only ones with a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen will be available after January 2014. They were green before the change to white ## Hi Liz, How have the white tablets been working for you in comparison to the green ones you were originally taking? Only asking because I've heard a lot of rumors stating that, although the color appears to be the only difference, the white one's tend to be much much weaker. Do you also find this to be true? It may also be important to know that Watson was recently taken over by what is now known as Actavis Pharma. I think it's a mere speculation at this point, but the change in ownership may have resulted in a change in formula as well, to help cut costs. A series of lab tests could probably reveal the true cause behind the differences in strength and overall efficacy of these new white tablets that others are complaining about.... ...

I have a watson 502 white in color it looks just like a watson 503 I can not find anything on watson 502 but pink in color can you tell what this is thank you ## Hi, Gary! How are you? Where did you get it? It is most likely the same as the pink one, which contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. Watson has recently been removing the dyes from their tablets, since they were receiving many complaints from people that were sensitive to the coloring agents or allergic to them. They've been gradually changing them all to just being white tablets. You should double check with your pharmacist to be certain. Learn more Vicodin details here. white 503 ## Watson 503 contains Acetaminophen 650mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, this is a generic for Lorcet, a potent narcotic pain reliever. ## They don't make them like they use to cuz Watson is a sell out and now Watsons pills suck. The colored ones r better. ## If pain pills are addictive so what. If a person is in so much pain like myself they will be taking them the rest of their lives anyway. I just got these this month. I had been taking the Watson 503. Which were 10/650's. These are 10/325. I've only been taking these for a couple of days and have taken the yellow Watson before. These are not as good. they are not as potent nor do they last as long. I was hoping that they would be more effective but they aren't. its not in my head. Watson by far makes the best generic Lortab. ## Hello, Joshintn! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. With less Acetaminophen in them, it is only normal that you would notice a difference and find them to not be as effective. The Acetaminophen potentiates the action of the narcotic, so when there is more in them, it is more effective. Lortab, however, is no longer available. All of these combination prescripti... ...

What is the difference between Watson white 10 / 650 and the green Watson 10 / 650 ## The first notable difference is that Watson 825 contains oxycodone hydrochloride, while Watson 503 contains oxycodone bitartrate. I'm assuming that this is what effects the overall absorption rate of the drug itself. Another difference is that each of these pills contain a different composition of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that may also have an impact on how efficiently the drug is metabolized. In addition to that, both of these tablets are generic versions. The FDA permits generic meds to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient. So if one tablet has -20% and the other has +20%, that's a 40% difference in dosages; and for some people this probably feels equiv... ...

What is the difference in the fillers of a white Watson hydrocodone 10/650 and blue qualitest10/650 with imprint m361 ## Hi Jack, From what I can tell, there's not really a big difference in the binders/fillers found in each of those medications. But perhaps enough to warrant a different reaction in some people who may have sensitivities to genetically modified ingredients, such as corn starch. Hopefully the lists below can help give you an idea of what you're actually putting in your body with either medication... The inactive ingredients contained in "M361" (10/650) are: crospovidone magnesium stearate cellulose microcrystalline povidones starch corn silicon dioxide stearic acid The inactive ingredients contained in "Watson 503" (10/650) are: anhydrous lactose ... ...
