It's also round, not oblong in shape. However there are some pain pills that are white and oblong, including Watson 388 (Hydrocodone 2.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg) as well as Watson 853 (Hydrocodone bitartrate 10mg + Acetaminophen 325mg). Is there any chance you may have misinterpreted the imprint based on its physical condition? Hope this helps!

I need to know what a Watson 333 pain pill is? ## Hello, Edward! How are you? Is the marking possibly WATSON 388? It's an oval, white tablet that Watson lists as containing 2.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

oblong and yellow seems though i have taken thi medicine but can't rember what it is ## Hi Rose, The only Watson imprint that fits your physical description of the pill is Watson "853", as opposed to "333"; so I'm assuming you may have simply misread the marking. The oblong yellow pill which you are describing contains Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg). This is also known as Vicodin.
