I live in FL, and Florida has a "Darth Vader-like", evil governor, Rick Scott, who is intruding into every aspect of our lives, including medically and pharmaceutically. I know patients, such as injured ex-war veterans, who really need these medications. I also have a rheumatoid-sickle cell condition, and often I'm in immense pain, but I wouldn't dare ever ask for these f----king medications, although some of us are legitimate & really need them!!!! Walgreens new Camber 5mg Percocet is not coated. Blue dye is bitter, upsets stomach and stains tongue. Pharmacist stated I wasn’t supposed to place pill on tongue. He stated ALL Tylenol is bitter. Has anyone else gotten weak a214's from cotati walgreens? ## Just because it may seem weak to you doesn't necessarily mean it's a fake medication. There can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient, so if you haven't taken this one before, it may just have slightly less of it than the ones you were used to taking. Or, it could be that you've built up a tolerance to this dosage, so it doesn't work as well for you and you may need a higher dosage, or a different medication. Have you taken these same tables before? And if so, for how long? I too, went to get my monthly refil of oxycodone at Walgreens. None available. My pain pills are the only thing that allows me to lead a normal life; one without terrible, crippling pain. I have read all the posts and found that the best way i found is on the 29th of aug i talked to the pharmacy manager and explained the dilemma i was facing and she told me just to transfer all my other scripts to her location and then drop off my oxy script and methadone and that they would order them for me if they were out.Bam ten days later i got a call yesterday that they had my script filled and to come pick them up.Hope this helps those having problems getting their meds filled.Good luck and god bless. ## That was actually a very good idea, because pharmacies are usually allowed to be more lenient and helpful to their regular customers, so by transferring all of your prescriptions to them, you basically made yourself a regular customer. I am having some concerns regarding this med from WALGREENS. They are pale yellow....I chewed on one and looked at my tongue. What I saw was very unusual. The substance of the pill was very bright yellow. It was gummy on texture like a eatery spackle or paste. It was thick and didn't dissolve. It had no taste really. I left it on my tongue for 20 minutes. I had zero numbing to my tongue. I used to break part of a pill and place on a breaking tooth...it would numb the nerve very quickly. Also I put end of fingers in mouth and rubbed the substance. More than that it stained my fingers yellow. Like food coloring does. Try these yourself to see. I called Camber. Does anyone know the so called "requirements " one must meet to be able to fill Oxycodone @ walgreens? Each place tells me my husband does not meet their requirements but cannot tell me what they are so maybe we can adjust a few things to be able to meet these new requirements, he had been able to fill @ walgreens for the last 4 years, they were out of stock so he went to a local pharmacy & then the next month doesn't meet the requirements!?! Walgreens said and I quote , " corporate tells us not to refer mail order to patients taking controlled substances/Schedule ll Narcotics. Walgreens does provide a mailorder for your specific prescription needs such as oxycodone. You will need Group insurance through Blue cross blue shield or through United Health Care. So this s what I heard. The Walgreens brand that everyone was accustomed to was a Watson product and apparently a lot of their distribution was in Puerto Rico. The Hurricanes that hit the area in PR affected the distribution and production of Oxycodone at Walgreens. I went to almost all of there stores in mid December without any luck finally I resorted to CVS which had a Mallinkrodt product. Walgreens had to resolve their shortage as they were losing customers that 10 day period they negotiated with Camberwhich is actually a company from India that just set up shop and company in New York September of 2017. I am looking for a place where I can use a prescription for Oxycodone 30 mg.qty 240, my mother needs these and we cannot find them anywhere. Walgreens as of last week is NOT taking ANY kind of discount card or their own discount card to cover this medication. It went from $107.00 to 168.00$. What the heck is going on. The pharmacy that I use changed my brand of Oxycodone every month. Where can I find a pharmacy that stocks the M F brand that I am used to taking? And why to different brands have a different effect on me? Regarding KVK Tech oxycodone 30mg / K-9...Garbage! I have serious pain from two separate problems. Bottom line is Walgreens switched from Activis to KVK recently and I noticed the difference within one day, pain waking me more than usual and early withdrawal sensations. I should add that I don't misuse or abuse, all I want is pain relief.
