I have been diagnosed with multiple schlorosis-fibromyalgia-lupus-heart disease-2sipped discs in my neck-3slipped discs in my back and calcaneal in both feet-bad optical horn in my left eye..........can my life get any worse ? I'm seeing a rhumatologist and she doesn't write pain meds . now i'm looking for a dr. who will help me ,and write me pain meds she wrote perscriptions for cymbalta,cyclobenzeprine,and meloxicam.The heart dr. told me to take baby asprin for the lupus but my pain kicking my butt since 2007 and is only wose. oval, white, V4212,pill ## It would be impossible to show you images of all of them, there are many manufacturers that make this in both namebrand and generic forms, and all will look different and have different imprints depending on the manufacturer and strength of the pill. V4212 is not Vicodin at all!! Just because it has the V on it, does not mean it is Vicodin, that is just the logo for Vintage/Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. This pill is Methocarbomol 750mgs, a generic for the muscle relaxant Robaxin. ## I found a pill in my childs room she claimed a friend gave her them and they were the girls fathers from the veterans clinic and was a vicodin? it is a cursive v with 4212. v on one side and 4212 ## This is NOT Vicodin! This is Methocarbamol 750mgs, a generic for Robaxin which is a muscle relaxant. Not all pills with a V are Vicodin, that it just a drug company logo! ## i was given some pills and he told me the were muscle relaxers but they didnt look like the ones i had been prescribed.... i thought they were vicodin b/c of the v. thanks for ur usefull info! ## having just taken 4 of these today thinking they WERE Vicodin, my carelessness, but I so wish they would change the color, or something, to make it easier to tell them apart.
