Which Is Stronger 4839 V Or 5 500 Vicodin? I would like my dr to give me something stronger but not as toxic on my liver ## Well, the 5/500 Vicodin will actually be completely disappearing soon. The FDA has requested that all such combination narcotic medications be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of the Acetaminophen, due to the danger of liver toxicity and overdose toxicity. Some manufacturers have already begun to implement the change and they are all expected to have it completely by January of 2014. Thus, starting one of them now is likely not a good idea, anyway. watson 387 is large caplet type r215 is very small light blue tablet also a tablet with the numbers 4839 with what looks like a check mark or V Left by sons friend at my house. Trying to ID ## Watson 387 this tablet contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES. This is a narcotic pain reliever. This is a highly addictive drug. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea and constipation. ## The light blue tablet is actually meant to be A 215, the A is a stylized drug company logo. This tablet contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Roxicodone. white pill, small flat round. mylan 271 ## l've got a few pills one oblong m357 another oblong m on 1 side 1721 the other side. Small round mylan pill with 271 and rond pill with cursive v line 4839 all are white. Help? ## M357 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, this is a generic for Vicodin, it's a narcotic pain reliever. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation. ## M1721 this tablet contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, a generic for Darvocet, this is a mild narcotic pain reliever.
