This is a generic for Vicodin ES, it contains Acetaminophen 750mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs. It is a narcotic pain reliever, so the side effects will be similar to that of any other opiate. They include possible addictiion, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, constipation and others.
