I found small white pill with TEVA on one side and 1499 on other side. What is it ? ## @spook, I haven't come across any specific details on a Teva pill marked with 4199 or 1499. However one thing we know for sure is that Teva Pharmaceuticals is the alleged manufacturer. They have a large amount of pills with the word TEVA imprinted on one side and a three or four digit number on the other. So my guess is that they shouldn't have a problem determining whether the pill you have is really one of their own or a possible counterfeit depending on how you came about it. The number for Teva Pharmaceuticals is listed on their website as 888-838-2872. Perhaps you can try contacting them directly regarding this matter... If you do hear back from Teva would you also be so kind as to post y...

I have half a pill, I know Ive taken the other half in the past but don't remember what it is. What I can see (now keep in mind its only half a pill) R on one side and 3 on the other, Not sure of what else would have been written on the pill... Any ideas? ## I'm finding way too many different variations of numbers and possibilities when I research white oval pills, with an R on one side and a 3 on the other. Do you know whether or not the pill has a score line, or even perhaps some measurements (in millimeters) of the half pill, to help get a better idea of its actual size in relation to other white oval pills? A few of the imprints I came across for white oval pills are: RDY 293 RX 713 RUGBY 39 14 R 316 I hope this helps! Does anyone else have an idea of what this could be?

found a pill in my daughters purse. it was blue round and had a v on one side and 144 on the other. please let me know what it is? ## Right now my best guess is that it's some sort of over the counter product because the inscription which you described is not appearing as part of the standard U.S. prescription drugs. The FDA requires all prescription meds to carry a unique imprint code and description and those tend to be cataloged properly. Another possibility is that it is a prescription medication from outside the U.S. but at this point it is hard to tell. Can you share any other details such as packaging, manufacturer name, or anything else? ## Could always be a fake, they are taking vicodin and percs and changing them up a little by removing the imprint on it and adding color o...

I found these I need to know what they my puppy ate one now he can't sleep ## Hi Mercedes, I spent a while researching the description of your pill and haven't actually come across any specific details identifying its contents. However, if your puppy is in that bad of shape after taking it, I would just encourage you to contact a local vet as soon as possible in hopes that they can prescribe something to help detox whatever it was from his body. In either case, I get the impression that the effects of the medication would probably wear off after each passing day. Do you have any idea what types of pills in general may be lying around the house (if that's where you found them) that he could've gotten ahold of? Seems rare that this sort of thing would happen in any other s...

Are these used in dealing with pain from a toothache? ## From what I could gather, Teva 149 is identified as Naproxen (500 mg). This medication probably wont aid in curing a tooth infection, but I believe it should help alleviate any pain that may be associated with it. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Naproxen Details By the way, I've also had success using pure vanilla extract as well as clove essential oil, as alternative options that create somewhat of a numbing effect as well as exhibiting powerful antibacterial properties. What sort of dosing regimen are you following to get the relief you need?
