I take 2 Ferrex 150 Forte 150-25-1 mg caps daily. I'd like to know the exact ingredients in each capsule as well as the amount of each ingredient in each capsule.. ## Ferrex 150 Forte 150mg + 25mcg + 1mg contains the following: -150mg of Elemental Iron (polysaccharide iron complex) -25mcg of Vitamin B12 (in the form of Cyanocobalamin) -1mg of Folic acid Inactive ingredients in this specific capsule include: Citric Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Dicalcium Phosphate, FD&C Blue No.1 Lake, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake, Gelatin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearic Acid and Titanium Dioxide. Please help? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any specific information on what this contains, it is just listed as being a multivitamin and mineral supplement. Is this a vitamin or a medication for pain?? ## The trade of this product is actually "Nuran BC Forte". It contains the following active ingredients: Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride Vitamin B Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) Cyproheptadine relieves red, irritated, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; and runny nose caused by allergies, irritants in the air, and hay fever. That said, I'm not exactly sure as to why these specific vitamins are being combined with an allergy medication, but none-the-less it appears to work synergistically. I am told that this vitamin is no longer being made by my Doctor. Can I take Cobadex Forte as a Prenatal Vitamin since it contains Folic Acid. ## YES NO PROBLEM IN TAKING cobadex forte as a prenatal vitamin becoz it is prescribed for even those who not eat food, mis their food! EVEN I WAS PRESCRIBED FOR THIS AS A PRENATAL VITAMIN! ## I have to agree with Susanna on this one. I think that most multivitamin supplements can be used for prenatal purposes, as long as it contains the ingredients you require. So just because a vitamin supplement isn't marketed as prenatal, doesn't necessarily mean that you cannot use it for that reason. Please feel free to post back your experience with using it as a prenatal vitamin and if you notice a difference when taking it or not.

My daughter is suffering from diabetics for the last five months and her serum fasting is 150 and serum PP is 165 at present with medicine. What is the genenic drug for synap forte? ## It is actually a combination drug with four active ingredients: Acetaminophen/Paracetamol Propoxyphene (mild narcotic) Diphenhydramine and Caffeine. It seems it would be used to treat pain, including headaches, with the Diphenhydramine included to help prevent nausea, but this is only a guess based on the ingredients. As to whatever inactive ingredients, you would have to check that with each individual company. Are you just worried about meat products? Or do you also stay away from dairy and such?
