I have been taking Lonazep + Alprazolam since 2011 for the treatment of mental stress, anxiety and also sleeplessness. Both, I am taking daily at night before sleep in the doses of 0.5mg each. Now it seems that 0.5mg of Alprazolam is not effective for the purpose of sleep disorder. I would like to know the way in which this tablet (Anofer) helps me regulate my periods? ## Anofer is reported to be a multivitamin which contains Carbonyl Iron + Calcium Citrate + Multivitamin + Sodium Docusate. That being said, I'm not sure how it would regulate periods, since this is meant to be a vitamin supplement. Did you see a naturalist doctor who recommended this?
