Are you 100% positive that it is an uppercase "N" and not an "H"? It is a white round pill with a p on one side and an n underlined on the other ## Hi Billy, Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is an oval white prenatal multivitamin pill with an imprint that looks like this: "P | N". Both letters are on the same front facing side of the pill, but there is a score line dividing them down the center. So when you say "an n underlined on the other", are you referring to the other-half of the frontside where the "P" is or is it on the backside of the pill? I hope that makes sense. Does anybody know what these are. A friend of mine has them and somebody told her they were lithium.
