I need to know what a little round peach pill with L467 on it is. ## What is this pill? It is a small round peach pill with L467. My son's coach gave him a bag of them. ## Coach gave him a bag of them? Call your local police. Coaches are not permited to give drugs. DO NOT TAKE! ## L467 is just over the counter aspirin. Breathe easy that the coach didn't give your son any narcotics. ## Perrigo lists this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin in a chewable formulation. (NDC 0113-0259) The FDA lists its typical side effects as including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, increased risk of bleeding, and headache. Are there any other questions?
