SO, 358 = 7.5/500 , and 360 = 7.5/750 . You want less acetaminophen. I have a oblong yellow pill with Watson 358 on it, what is the strength? ## Can you please double check the marking? The closest I can find to this is a yellow, oblong tablet with WATSON over 853 on it. What kind of a pill has the number ten on one side and the letter U and the numbers 358 on the other side? ## I think the U is really a lowercase 'n'. The one I have has 10 in the middle on one side, 358 and a score mark in the middle of the pill, and a lowercase n on the left side. Want to make sure pharmacy gave me the correct medication. I had taken some pain medication that has M367 but today the pharmacy gave me a pill with the letter "n" on the left side and "358" on the right side of the score line. On the other side it has number "10". Just want to make sure I got the correct medication for pain. Not more or less of what my Dr has been giving me. I take a 10mg dose.
