with imprint G254 ## There is mixed speculation as to what this can be. I've searched around and have seen posts questioning whether it's a Lortab, or even Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol). So far there has not been a definite ID, so that leads me to guess that it is either a foreign medication or an over the counter product. Can you provide more details about what country or manufacturer this came from? ...

Calm down. It is a WalMart generic of Mucinex with decongestant. ## Thanks for sharing your finding on this pill ID. From what I've researched, I can definitely vouch that this is a generic form of Mucinex, known as Chest Congestion Relief DM. It reportedly contains 20mgs of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide + 400mgs of Guaifenesin. For those who may be sensitive to certain binders or fillers, I've also included a list of the inactive ingredients that are found in this tablet: magnesium stearate + microcrystalline cellulose + silicon dioxide colloidal + copovidone + maltodextrin + stearic acid Does anyone else have questions about this? ...

What is this pill? ## I have looked everywhere for information about a white oblong pill that has the impressions of ph 073 on it. No other markings. Pill identifier has no listing nor does poison control. Any assistance is much appreciated. ## Is it possibly PH 063? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. You can see several threads about the one with the PH 063 marking here: It is highly possible that this is the same substance, but in a different dosage. ## This pill PH 063 is... ...

White oblong oval pill with marking 93-430 on one side and blank on the other; I think it is possibly a generic for Vicodin ## No, this is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, they are the ones that use the 93 imprint, though they are phasing it out and they don't have any products on the market, at this time, that contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. I also can't find anything listed in their U.S. product catalog that has the number 430 on it, I also tried other variations. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? The 93 denotes it as prescription product manufactured by them, but I suspect that it may be a foreign import, or perhaps an older discontinued tablet. ...
