Blue oval shaped pill with L347 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is most likely an over the counter sleeping aide, but I can't find a definitive ID on it in the drug databases. Usually, when the imprint starts with an L then it is an over the counter type of Acetaminophen or Tylenol. Also, the PM may indicate that it is Tylenol PM (Acetaminophen with Diphenhydramine); or Benadryl. Hopefully someone else on here who has it in their possession can post the drug details.

Either it is over the counter, from another country (other than the U.S.A), or a recreational drug. Best, James ## This is actually an over the counter Tylenol product, it is the proprietary imprint they use on some of their products that you can purchase over the counter in any store. Since it is not a prescription drug, these pills do not have to have different imprints on each one, so we have no way of knowing which pill this is, but it is, definitely an over the counter Tylenol product made by McNeil. ## It is just Tylenol P.M. right? I have a strong suspicion from the shape and color that this is something available over the counter, however, there is a small possibility that it could be a foreign medication.
