Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of: "MONITOR CLOSELY: Coadministration with a sulfonamide may increase the plasma concentrations and hypoprothrombinemic effects of coumarin anticoagulants. The proposed mechanism is sulfonamide inhibition of coumarin metabolism via CYP450 2C9 and possibly also displacement of coumarin derivatives from plasma protein binding sites. Does the tritab is the cause of my many acne on my face because when im not yet taking this medicine i got few pimples on my face but when i use it after many days my acne and pimple on my cheek and chin is plenty .please answer thank you very much . ## Acne caused by tritab right after stop taking this mess I got a lot of pimples

I have suspected PTB due to feel strong pain when coughing and the only medicines relieved me from pain in my coughing is the PYRAZINAMIDE as one of the medicine inside the Quadtab. The doctor advised me to take the Quadtab for 2 months then Tritab for another 4 months but after taking the Tritab for the end of 5 months I encountered mild coughing with phlegm due to my Allergic Rhinitis. Can I take again the Quadtab for 1 week to relieve again from coughing then go back again to Tritab for the remaining 1 months left for maintainance. Thanks
