What is difference between the two pills?which one is stronger ## Hello, Punkin! How are you? The tablet with the AN 617 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. However, the tablet with the 377 marking is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list is only containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it is the stronger one. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. It contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a centrally acting analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. She needs to contact the pharmacy and her doctor asap. Hope ?? all works out. ## I was going to say the exact same thing about the 617 and blank side because my brother takes 8 of these a day and they are Tramadol positively.
