what does acetaminophn-tramadol come up as in your system on a drug test? ## It actually shouldn't be detected as anything. The Tramadol is not a straight opiate, though it does work on the same receptors in the brain to treat pain and is not a substance that is currently included for testing on the standard drug tests. It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. More details: Are there any other questions? ## When I was drug tested , tramadol did not come up at all. only my ativan. I think because it is non synthetic
