White round pill with T, score line and N on one side, and a correction tick type of symbol on the other side. ## I don't know if this is the exact pill you're describing, but I was able to locate a round white pill with T N over a score line and 1 underneath it on one side and on the back is some sort of greater than symbol ">". This particular pill turned out to be a 1mg Trandolapril tablet, used for high blood pressure. For verification, the manufacturer is reportedly Cobalt Laboratories and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 16252-0541. If anything, I hope this at least helps narrow down prospective pill ID's. Please post back if you find out more information. ## I'm looking for information on Alko-1. I've read this is both just guisafin and also a narcotic pain reliever? Pictures match the both as well. Anyone know any definitive ways to tell? ## Sorry, that was TCL 272. I typed it in wrong the first time. ## Hello, Lindsey! How are you? No worries, I'm fluent in Typonese! :-) As listed by the FDA in their databases, this is a 400mgs Guaifenesin tablet that is used to treat cold symptoms. My dad has numbness n tickling in his hands. He's 63 diabetic and taking zoryl m2 before meals. Due to numbness he has been researching on carpal tunnel. However does this medicine cause it? ## Hello, Unni! How is your dad doing? No, it most likely due to some nerve damage from being diabetic, according to the NIH, it happens frequently, especially if someone's sugar level isn't very well controlled. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possible including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain and diarrhea. Carpal tunnel also doesn't usually cause numbness, it is actually achy and painful. Has he consulted his doctor?

Yesterday I cut my self . my cut is 1 inch Long x 1/2 inch deep on tip of my hand. What antibiótico can I use. ## Hello, Oscar! How are you? I'm sorry about the cut. An antibiotic is really only needed, if it becomes infected. Taking one inappropriately could cause you to develop antibiotic resistant bacteria. Is it showing any signs of redness or swelling? Have you had it checked out by a medical professional? The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Has anyone had any trouble with facial tics while on Contrave? I'm on my 6th week of Contrave taking 4 pills a day and 2 days ago I noticed that I had facial tics. It seems to get worse when I'm stressed. Will they go away? Should I stop the medication? I'm a dispatcher for a police department and the tics are making my job impossible! ## That can be a possible side effect of this medication, according to the most recent FDA information, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia and anorexia. If it is that severe, though, you should consult your doctor as this might not be the right medication for you to take. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is it ok to take Ticagrelor (Brilinta) 90 mg and OxyContin together? ## According to the NIH I am not seeing any interactions between Ticagrelor and OxyContin (ingredient Oxycodone). It states that you should avoid NSAID pain relievers such as Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Celecoxib, and Diclofenac. I suspect that's due to the blood thinning properties of NSAIDs. Oxycodone, on the other hand, is an opioid pain reliever, not an NSAID. With that said, since you are looking to take a blood thinner such as Ticagrelor with a strong pain reliever, I would double check with the pharmacist just to be safe. I hope this helps!

Can I take a Zyrtec tab morning and nite for a tickling in my throat? If not what can I do? ## Hello, Jake! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having, I know that can be very annoying. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Are you on any medications? It is always best to consult your healthcare provider to be sure of what's causing your issue, before trying to treat it.

My father suffered from a heart attack 3 weeks ago and now they put him on Ticagrelor 90mg twice daily. Up until having the heart attack, my dad suffered no shortness of breath. Once being put on this tablet he began to feel like he was occasionally not getting enough air into his airways. This would happen at any time of the day/night. It was not so much a breathlessness from overexertion but as if for a few seconds his airways were blocked. Cardiac nurses were informed and said it was likely to be this tablet and to see how it goes. 3 weeks passed and still no change in the breathlessness, however, it was getting worse and happening more often. My father had a CT scan done prior to having a heart attack and they wrote back to him to say they found a nodule on one of his lungs - the ad...

I was on a 10 day cycle of Doxycycline for a tick bite. I was outside some days and had no problem. Mowed grass on day 7. I had on sunblock also. But my hands tingled when I washed them after mowing. Now 5 weeks later I have these symptoms: Tingling hands and feet, all of my skin burns when touched, tongue and inside of mouth burns, esophagus burns, stomach burns, rash on upper chest and face, if I run my finger across my body it leaves a bright red mark for a few minutes, and if I sit for long my back burns and turns red. Dr. prescribed anti-histamines and corticosteroid cream. Neither seem to help much. ## Hello, Patrick! How are you? It's hard to say whether or not this has had anything to do with the Doxycycline. Its typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, usually include na...
