When is the last time your TH levels were checked by your doctor? They should usually be checked every 3 months, or so and your medication dosage adjusted accordingly. You could be too low or too high, there's no way to say for sure, without your doctor checking. Hi been on 75mg of thyroxine for several years but been increased to 100mg now t4 4.5 but dr said the hormone in my brain is not proccessing the thryroxine properly and level keeps on rising, after 4 weeks on this dose felt great, but now i have sores on my scalp, and lumps itchy on my neck and back is this normal ## What types of lumps? I am on 75mg of thyroxine a day but I am still feeling drained, can your levels still change that you need more? ## Hello, Denise! How are you?
