I've been taking 10mg of oxycodone hcl per day for 2yrs; that down from 30mg 5yrs ago. Last visit to doctor, he wanted a UA. No prob til I was told it was going to be $150!!! I had a few left at home so I walked out. Now I'm out but I have 50mg tramadol. What would be a comparable dose of tramadol to approximately equal oxycodone? ## Hello Teslacoils, Unfortunately only your primary care physician is going to be able to give you accurate medical advise on this kind of situation especially as you have mentioned that you have years of medical history to consider.
