I am currently taking high blood pressure medication - Verapamil, 120 mg...is it alright to take with this medication? I was given about 6 of them by a friend for an absess on my arm. Is it safe to take them for an absess? If you're only taking 1 pill, you may want to take some additional precautions to get rid of the infection indefinitely. One cheap but effective option is clove essential oil.
