I am 60 years old. I have replaced amlodipine 5 mg with Telma 40 three months ago. Since then for the first time in my life my blood sugar has gradually increased up to 115 on fasting. I am 58 years of age. Just 10 days back I started Thelma H 40 mg for BP 160/90 as advised by my doctor. The doctor prescribed Eritel ch 80 which I have been now taking for the last one week, and the BP now stays st around 125/75. Also as of now there are no side effects. ## A question I'd like to ask is are you also watching your diet? If you eat a lot of sodium, that can raise your blood pressure. You need to minimize your salt intake to help lower it naturally. Another thing you should do is make sure that you get plenty of proper exercise. ## Rightly said dear.
