What is a round white pill marked with tcl-272? How many milligrams of oxycodone does each tablet contain? ## Hi eve, A round white pill marked with "TCL" over "272" (divided by a score line) on one side and blank on the other is identified as a 400mg Guaifenesin tablet; an expectorant used for thinning mucus [a cough medicine]. The manufacturer is Time Cap Laboratories, hence the TCL. I have also seen no shred of evidence suggesting that it could be oxycodone, so whomever told you this may have intentionally mislead you, because that is just so far from the truth...
