757 on front and m on back ## I located a match, the only difference is the pill is white, but it had M on one side and 757 on the other. My 17 year old son has about 100 beige round pills with ALP Imprinted with no scoring on them hidden in his sock drawer. He is a gym rat so im thinking anabolic steroid? I came across a strange pill and I've been trying to figure out what it is for an hour now. It's small, about the size of a Motrin. It's colour is tan-ish / very light brown. One side is completely smooth with no imprints but the other side has a split and 001 on it. I'm positive it's 001 and not 100 because the 1 has the little "tophat".
