I found a pill with the numbers 320 on one side and nothing on the other side, it is elliptical shaped and looks tan with gold or brown specks all over it does anybody no what it is ## I can't find a listing for a prescription medication with this marking in any of our resources. It could be something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

If so, Glenmark Generics lists it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat moderate pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. The inactive ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose croscarmellose sodium povidone magnesium stearate Though they may vary, depending on the production facility.

This is what they look like. As you can see they have more binder than an equivalent global pharma er 20 mg. I placed a global pharma er 40 on the other size for a reference. I have not taken one yet but have been very happy with global pharmaceutical. I live in Bangalore. I have been suffering from chronic pharyngitis and laringitise. So far I have take five courses of antibiotics no results. Doctor says this could be due to certain allergy. However, the medicine for allergy also had very little effect. I am not sure on the further course of action. I would welcome your suggestions on this. Taking 2 extra strength Tylenol 3 times a day and 1 hydrocodon acetaminophen a day. Become extremely dry mouth at night so I keep water by my bed side. Also skin looks like I have a sun tan and now my muscle in right arm hurts a little. I've been prescribed Se-Tan PLUS after having surgery for colon cancer. This is in capsule form. Upon renewal, "Ferrous Fumarate" 324 mg. tablets were substituted. Is there equivalency between these two prescriptions? Thanks ## They are both the same, the new one you've received is just a generic for Se-Tan. This is an iron supplement used to treat, or prevent anemia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, funny taste, constipation, and dark stool. The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If the medication has caused constipation and you're straining to have a bowel movement, that may cause your hemorrhoids to become irritated and result in some bleeding, the same if your stool is just harder than usual.
