Hi, I do have a low blood pressure. I faint often and feel weak always inspite of having good diet. Pls help me out with a curing tablet. ## If you don't mind me asking, what does your diet look like on an average daily basis? I am studying in the nutrition field, so I feel as if I may be able to help in this regard. First and foremost, if meat and dairy are a part of your diet, you can experience all sorts of problems in the long term. Both are carcinogenic and/or mucus forming to the human body. There are plenty of plant based alternatives to getting protein. Aside from that I listed a couple natural items that may assist with raising low blood pressure: Cayenne Pepper: helps adjust blood pressure to normal levels. Age -32 ## Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine, it is commonly used to treat allergies, so it is really doubtful that it will help much with cold symptoms, since they are caused by something entirely different.
