I use Maxgalin 75, 2 tablets a day (as prescribed by my doctor) for peripheral neuropathy on the soles of the feet precipitated by a 'chikunguniya-like' viral fever that I had 3 years ago. I've taken it now for nearly 3 years, but without much success! What is difference between Maxgalin 75 and Maxgallin ER 75. I took first one for more 3 months. Later Dr changed to ER 75- I do not get any relief. I feel my leg fingers tough from inside but out worldly these are normal with all movements. I feel fingure toes burning all the time. I am a diabetic of over 20 yrs but it is under control. I am diabetic2 since 2011; but fully controlled so much as if I am not of that. not taking diabetic medicine Glycomet. My Dr. stopped related medicines since Sugar values dropping. I have been taking Navastate+Coversal+Echosprin+Calcium and now taking Nervez B 500 cap. I had Peripheral neuropathy pain on my Rt.shoulder and little burning on toes. He prescribed Maxgalin M75 for 40 days. It cured completely. I have little numbness bottom of feet. He prescribed Prelien M 75 (same as Max.) yesterday when I was washing mouth blood oozed out from Gums. It is as I read one of the side effects so I totally stopped it. I am now taking Alpha Lipoic Acid Tab. 300 mg after Lunch and Nervez B after B.F. Nervez B contains 100 mg ALA. so total 400 mg is going in. My Dr. says I must take ALA 600 mg daily. ...

My Father , 60 years old, had suffered brain stroke in his left brain in 2008. After that he had consulted a doctor who had given him Ecospin 75 and Glycomate 500 since he is suffering from diabetes for the last 15 years. He is taking Glycomate 500 since last 2008. Before that he didn't take any medicine for diabetes, since it was under control. Recently, just a week before , he was diagnosed with another brain stroke in his right brain. After consulting a cardiologist and a neurologist, cardiologist has advised him to take strocit plus daily 2 tablets for 2 weeks or Nootropil syrup 2 tsp per day for 2 weeks and maxgalin 75, 1 tab daily for a month. Neurologist has advised him to take strocit plus (2 tab each day for 2 weeks) along with maxgalin 75. My question is since he is suffering ...
