After a planned angioplasty of LAD (95%block) a stable patient(no sugar, no BP, Tot.Cholestrol153,but HDL 30, LDL 96 who showed effort anjina. How to reduce the current dosage of Plavix 75 twice, Rozat40 1 daily, and Ecospirin 150 after 1 month? Is Ecospirin, Rozat combination overuse of medicine? ## The medication dosages should not be lowered, unless the patient's doctor instructs them to lower them, or stop one. This is not overuse of medications, multiples are normally prescribed to treat such conditions. A 95% block is very dangerous. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and joint/muscle aches. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

I undergone openheart By pass surgery recently. Doctor priscirbed TAB ECOSPRIN 150 MG for LIFE LONG which will be taken in the afternoon after food. I have completed 28 weeks of my pregnancy. I had been advised to take Ecosprin 75 tablet daily after lunch. Is it safe? Can i continue taking it, because on the tablet there is a warning given that it should not be taken during the last trimester? ## Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin and is generally not recommended during the last trimester of pregnancy, because it acts as a blood thinner. hello doctor my name is keerthana i have undergone for a first trimser scan there they have given a impression as, Gravid uterus with single live gestation corresponding to 12-13 weeks, recommendations: 1. review with combined test 2. anomaly scan at scan 20 weeks 3. I am 47 years old & I had a heart attack on one month back & DR. treated me for 5 days on hospital with the medication --Tab. Ecosprin 75mg PO..OD after meal, Tab Clopilet 75mg PO.OD, Tab Metop.12.5mg PO..BD, Tab Aztor 10mg PO..HS, Tab Lasilactone 1/2 tab PO. OD, Tab Pantocid 40mg PO..OD in empty stomach for 15 days, Tab Isordil 5mg..SL.. when chest pain--. I was advice for CAG but I wanted to remain on medical management until further decision.
