Has anyone gotten severe abdominal pain from taking these pills? I've been on oxycodone for years and never had pain from taking it. My pharmacy switched brands and now everytime I've taken it I've had severe pain in my right, mid to upper quadrant. I've tried eating. I've tried more water. I found a football shaped with a 189 on one side and plain on the other. It is a medium sized tablet light yellow in color. ## There's a good chance that's generic Bupropion XL 150mg by Global Pharmaceuticals ## I can't find any listing for this, there is a good chance it is just something OTC. ## Yes, the imprint as listed in the original post is actually upside down, it is 681 and the tablet does contain 150mgs of Bupropion ER, a generic for Wellbutrin XL, used as an antidepressant and stop smoking aid. I am trying to cut back on my pain pills (oxycodone #10) that I take 4-5 times daily for my pain. If I take the suboxone later that day and am still hurting, can I take 1 of my oxycodone's and will it work with my pain or will it block it and I would be just wanting it?
