Suprep Bowel Prep

Does $90.00 sound right for 2 bottles and one cup? ## Suprep is a bowel prep kit that works by cleaning out your bowels for medical procedures, it contains: sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, and magnesium sulfate. And it is a name brand product that is fairly new to the market, so that price isn't surprising. Are there any other comments or questions? ## The price is out of sight, since the ingredients are inexpensive and the plastic container is also cheap. On the other hand, there are start up costs, advertising fees and regulatory costs, but still $90! There should be no shortage of patients since everybody, it seems,is having a colonoscopy done (and hating every minute of the prep) ## This is a total rip off, my friend has this done and he paid $75 for 2 bottles, and he has rea... ...

Supradol is listed as containing Ketorolac, which the FDA classifies as being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to relieve pain, fever and swelling. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irrigation and increased risk of bleeding. However, what are the ingredients in the Actifed that you take? It has been discontinued in the U.S. and I don't what country you're in to look for the correct list of ingredients to check it for you. ...

it is round, white and is blank on one side and 44 over 183 on the others side..i mean it looks like 54/543 ## I think it is Costco's Kirkland Signature brand equivalent to Excedrin. ## This is to edit my previous post, I should have said ASPIRN, not Excedrin. Sorry. ## Frank, you're right - I checked around for the pill IDs and found the following: 44 183 is in fact Aspirin, I think 325 mg. 54 543 is actually Roxicet - which contains the same active ingredients as Percocet. Be careful with this one. It is a strong narcotic pain reliever which contains Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. It is easy to overdose on this one. ## Yes, 44 183 is 325mg Aspirin. This is manufactured by LNK International who only make over the counter pills that are sold by various stores as their store brands an... ...

Supradol Vs Statex

My doctor took me off 10MG supradol and put me to 10MG Statex. I am in really bad withdrawal from the switch after 30 hours. I have 7 supradol left he is not in for 5 days. Should I go back to the supradol and stop the statex for now. Sorry to ask but I really need to know what to do. I feel like a druggie for asking but I need to know this is nuts. ## Hello, Stephen! How are you? What dosage were you on of the Tramadol? The 10mg Statex is probably not quite enough to be equivalent. It contains Morphine. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. But you shouldn't go back to the other one, without your doctor's approval, it would also basically be startin... ...

Can I take supradol (after tooth extraction) while taking warfarin? ## Hello, D! How are you? Sorry about the dental problem. No, you shouldn't take this, unless your doctor specifically tells you that it is safe for you to do so. Supradol contains the active ingredient Ketorolac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and it can actually cause additional blood thinning. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Taking opiates and want to stop. I have sub and plan on starting it in the morning. My last dose was around three pm and I will wake around ten am and start the sub. I'm so fearful and need help. I guess I'm looking for support from someone who knows what I can expect. ## You have to be in full withdrawal from the opiate you were taking, before you can take Suboxone. Otherwise, the Naloxone in it may throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. Warfarin & Supradyn

I take 3mg of warfarin daily. As supradyn contains vitamin K is it safe for me? ## It's highly doubtful, since Vitamin K can effect your blood clotting, it should generally be avoided, when taking Warfarin, usually you are even told to avoid foods that contain a lot of it, such as spinach. Learn more Warfarin details here. Have you talked to your doctor about it? They may be able to adjust your Warfarin dose to accommodate for it, or help you find a supplement that doesn't have vitamin K in it.
