What is the weakest and strongest Benson between Xanax klonopin and ativan ## Hi amber, I may not have conclusive information, but based on what I could gather from other people's experience, the most potent one is said to be Xanax, followed close-behind by Klonopin, and then Ativan. Ironically in the exact order you listed them as. You mean KlonoPin. Klonopin is a benzodiazapine used for seizure control and panic attaks. It is frquently prescibed for severe anxiety due to a very long half life as opposed to Xanax and Valium. Metaxolone (Skelaxin) isn't either. the only thing u could do to get ur benzos early would be to "switch benzos", bc he can't legally write u a script for the same thing 5 days early. I'd go to your doctor and tell him xanax is starting to scare you bc at Times it doesn't seem to be working as well so you've been having to take an extra here and there and now it's leaving you short at the end of the month...So you think it'd be best if you switch to something different like valium (stays in ur body the longest & u won't get withdrawals for 3-5days w/out it), OR klonipin (stays in ur body longer then xanax). I suggest valium. It has the longest half life. Xanax is the strongest but also has the shortest half-life which means it's going to give u bad withdrawals soon after stoppin...

What is the strongest ant-anxiety medications can take? I am in 2 mg tabs 2x a day and I still feel very anxious and irritable. I am also on Paxil 37.5 ER once a day...I have very bad problems sleeping but the anxiety is taking over my life... Can anyone help? ## Hmmm, well, if you can get it cleared by your doctor and can actually obtain some, you might want to look into Etizolam (some brand names include Etilaam, Etizola, Sedekopan, Pasaden or Depas). It is a benzodiazepine analog, and 1 mg of this is equal to 10 mg of Valium. Not sure if what countries it is available in though...
