I took two tablets, one at a time, 4 hrs a part for pain killer. I had some acidic food on that day and also on following day (pickles). I got gastric symptom on the third day, It seems very strong for someones. Not for pain killer, paracetamol better of aspirin PH8 is much better. ## Between the Aspirin and the foods you ate, it is normal that you would experience some gastric symptoms, according to NIH reports. All of those are acidic and can be very harsh on your stomach. Has there been any change, yet? Are you on any other medications? Have you considered altering your diet to avoid these acidic foods?
