Twice now Kaiser Hospital has mixed up my meds. My usual dosage is up to 3-10mg, 3 times a day of the orange 10mg tablet INSTANT RELEASE So both times the usual instructions were on the bottle 3-3x a day....but the meds were 10mg SLOW RELEASE spansules. I caught it both times because they look so different. It's a pain for me to go back and exchange them.
