I have been taking Zaldiar (paracetamol, tramadol) twice a day for about a week as a pain killer for a partial tear of my shoulder's rotator cuff condition; everytime I took the pill I would feel a little dizzy, but it wasn't really that bad and it did help to lessen the pain; however since yesterday I started feeling pretty strange and I blamed it on the pill, so I stopped taking it, and the pain came back, it turned out that what I really have now is an UTI, therefore while waiting for the culture due on wednesday, I gave been given Spasmo Urolong; since the pain for my shoulder condition is back I was wondering if I could take both meds; wouldn't there be side effects by taking both?

availbility of spasmo urolong in the u.s ## Hi Lali, Spasmo-Urolong contains the active ingredients: Camylofin + Nitrofurantoin; and only appears to be available outside of the U.S. (particularly in Mexico, from what I can gather). I am taking spasmo-urolong 2tablets every 12hrs. Is this ok or is it better 1pill every 6hrs? ## I took 1 Spasmo Urolong every 12 hours for 7 days. Went to Dr. and prescribed same for 7 days with 2 pills every 8 hours. The past 4 days I have had soft feces with each urination episode. Could this be because of the amount of medicine in a 14 day period?

a pink coated pill I was given at a pharmecia in Panama in a small town....for the relief of urinary tract pain. Is it an anti-biotic? It works GREAT! Wonder if it is available in U.S. ## It contains the antibiotic Nitrofurantoin. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, diarrhea and skin rash. My daughter was given 'spasmo-urolong' antibiotics in Costa Rica for a UTI. The two ingredients are Nitrofurantoina 75 mg and Camilofina 50 mg. What is Camilofina? and are there any contraindications? ## did this medication work for your daughter. I still have some at home and do not remember how many to take a day. can you let me know the dosage directions. thanks

Very slow and burning when urinating,fever and sweats. ## Does not sound like fun at all. Have you been prescribed any antibiotic medications yet? I would recommend you address that ASAP. I am taking Spasmo urong and want to know if I can drink alcohol 7 hours after taking it.

I was given spasmo-Urolong to take for urinary track infection. Currently I am taking Eutirox for hipotiroidismo and Isopting for hypertension. Can someone tell me if these two medication work well with Spasmo-Urolong.

I currently live in Panama. I have the BEST medicine finally for my Urinary Interstitial Cystitis called Spasmo Urolong! It works and I was on medicine in USA for years that did not work. (the pain is terrible if you have it!). In Panama you can just buy it without a prescription. Now I have to move back to the US to have hip and knee surgeries and it is not available in he US! I really need a pharmacy that will follow through and send it! Wish I had met enough good people while there who could do it but never did.
