My mother's pills fell out of their bottle. I found one in there that says h146. I can't identify so far. Her bottle says Lisinopril. ## Hello, Jan! How are you? I would like to know how people are reacting to name brand Micardis 40 mg? I just started and am not sure if the side effects will get better over time. I.e., worse back pain (already have chronic back pain but seems to be worse since starting this), worse anxiety and depression, headache, stomach upset, general aches and pains in joints. I was on 80 mg of Lisinopril for 10 years ~ yes, 10 years! I had no problems with side effects or at least I thought I didn’t, but after being on it about 7 years I started to get bouts of severe gastritis which I blamed on too many steroid shots and also tinnitus. I had no idea that BP pills could cause so many long term side effects. I had to get off them when my pharmacy switched to Solco brand and they were terrible! Instant headache and seve...
