So I don't know if Altoid makes round pills, but it might be worth looking into as a last resort... Is there any indication or faint sign of another imprint besides the A? Found these in my car...white dime size pill/tablet with a risen rim around the outer edge and a capital L in the center, nothing on the other side? ## This was a difficult pill to identify! But I did find an exact match to your imprint and description. It is Oravig (50 mg); also known by it's generic name "Miconazole". unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. Its a Canadian pill, about the size of a percocet, it has the capital letter 'N' on one side (looks like a logo) and 100 and scored on the other side. It was given to me as a muscle relaxant, but I don't want to take it without being sure of what it is. ## The N is used by Novopharm Canada, which is now a division of Teva Pharmaceuticals......I think they're all becoming divisions of Teva, but anyway....
