I found theses in my 19 year old's pants pocket ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Did you try asking your son about it? ## I am almost positive that it is a 2mg clonazepam/klonopin. I have one that it from Iran and it is a 2mg clonazepam perscribed primarily for anxiety issues, panic attacks, etc. It is definetely foreign though as you said and mine was from Iran so it might be a middle eastern country. ## My scrip is Hyomax FT .125 mg Hyoscyamine FO... ...

The pill is a little larger than a birth control pill but smaller than a baby aspirin. I've ruled out it being an Rx because of the lack of markings. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can any of you find out what it is? I'll attach a picture if someone can tell me how. ## Over the counter products can be difficult to narrow down, since there's no database on them. I haven't found anything, so far, but I will keep looking and post back when I have more information. Does anyone else recognize this? Is there any scent or odor to it, at all? ## No, no scent or odor. :( ## it is CVS brand of 81 mg aspirin enteric coated ...

found it in my teenage sons pocket in a brown glass bottle ,the pill is 3mm in diam and 2mm thick ,the bottle is 1inch long, what could it be? ## What markings (most pills have numbers and or letters on both sides) are on it and is it scored(does it have a line down the middle?) You might be able to identify it that way. ## Since the post title states that it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That leaves it open to being something that's available over the counter, since they aren't required to have imprints, a foreign medication or an illicit substance. Have you asked your son about it? ## It's most likely 100mg caffeine. I have a box of the same pills matchin... ...

Large Round White Pill Scored on top markings M 12

Hello, I am usually very good at knowing different pills but I have looked this pill up on every pill identifier, also all of my pharmacy tech books and cannot identify it. IT is a large round white pill that is scored only on the top, and has the marks M 12. Can anyone help me. I randomly found it in my cup holder in my car, and I have no idea how it got there. Any one know i would greatly appreciate your help. Its driving me nuts. ITs prolly some OTC stupid drug but I need to know what it is. Thanx ## I've been checking for this, off an on, in various resources, since I first say your post the other day, but I am not having any luck, either. If it is an over the counter product, it may be very difficult to identify, since they are not required to log their imprints, like prescript... ...

Small white pill no markings on one side, scored in fourths

Found these in my kids room. Would like to know what they are before confronting him. It's a small round white pill. No markings on one side and the other is just scored to be broken in 4ths. Any ideas? Thank you so much for any help. I'm lost. ## In other related discussion threads here, a pill with this same description has reportedly been identified as a "white-cross energy" tablet containing ephedrine. There have also been reports here of this pill description linked to amphetamine 10mgs (from Mexico). The problem I'm seeing is that because the description is so vague, it ends up fitting the description of more than one medication and/or supplement. That said, I think your best bet would be to have its contents analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel for 100% verific... ...

Round white pill double-scored "PE"

Has "PE" imprinted on one side with circles around it, double scored on the other side. Any ideas? Can't find anything about what this may be. ## I can't seem to find any specific details whatsoever about this pill under US search engines, so I'm thinking this could possibly be something that's either been discontinued for quite some time or maybe shipped here from overseas. Did you order this tablet from one of those web-based pharmacies by chance? I only ask because there are happen to be quite a few pills coming in those types of pharmacies located in places like India, that have markings which can't be identified here. Alternatively, but less likely - it could also be an illicit drug, OTC med, or even a dietary supplement. I'd consider having its cont... ...

Can't identify small, tiny round white pill scored one side, blank flip side scoring is L 72. What else an I tell you. That's all I know. If I knew more, wouldn't need to ask you. ## Hi Elizabeth, Is there any chance that your pill imprint might say "I 72" as opposed to "L 72"? I actually came across a description of a round gray pill (approx. 8mm in size), with an upper case "I" next to "72" on one side and blank on the other. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has a score line… however, the pill is said to be identified as a 75mg Minocycline HCL tablet; which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections (including some skin conditions). If you want to look up any of those details for verification, the manufacturer is Dr. Reddy... ...
