54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ... ...

What's the name and what's it used for ## Hi Chetniks, Just out of curiosity, what shape is this pill you're describing? So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. [Acetaminophen 500mg] Lastly, I've also come across an oblong white pill imprinted with 44 334. [Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine 65 mg] Do any of these sound like a remote possibility? ...

I have a round 12mm diameter by 3mm thickness light green with white speckles pill. One side has capital E other side is clean. Pill is not scored. Looked everywhere and cannot find any description. Supposedly this is oxycodone 80mg controlled release. May be from another country. Any help and input is greatly appreciated. Can provide picture if needed. ## This is pure speculation, but I located a half green half white pill with a black colored capital E on one side and blank on the other, to be an Excedrin extra strength geltab [containing 250mgs of acetaminophen + 250mgs of aspirin + 65mgs of caffeine]. White Round Pill 250 nothing on back

This looks like penicillin but it has nothing on the reverse side. It is white and round. It has PVK in capitals, a bevelled score through the middle and 250 under the lineN, but there is nothing at all on the back. ## If you've been searching the pill identifiers online, those are mostly only relevant to the U.S. and since that's not where you are located, this one wouldn't be listed in them. However, with that marking, from what I can find, it is indeed a 250mg Penicillin tablet, that's used to treat various types of infections. Learn more Penicillin details here. However, you can also double check this information with a pharmacy, just to be sure. Where did you find it? ...
