Apparently it is manufactured by a company called Aurolife Pharma. Containing Oxycodone is one thing, but the addition of Acetaminophen is something that should've also been conveyed to you by the "pharmacist", assuming that you did indeed obtain it legitimately. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest.
