Hi my friend gave me 2 of these to help with my chronic migraines - she said it was generic endone. They're tiny (but bigger than a birth control pill) bright yellow with the imprint IA, then a score with 25 underneath. Nothing on the other side. I have a prescription for endone 5mg but need to get to dr for new prescription which won't happen for a week. I'm a bit uneasy about taking it until I know EXACTLY what it is. Can someone please help? ## I have some of those tablets too ! Can someone tell me what they are please ? ## Hi, I'm in the same situation and can't find any information about these. I found a small yellow round pill with cls 4 or cls 4 (second one is c slash s). Cls on top and 4 on bottom, plain on other side. Does anyone know what this is? I've been searching the internet and even called poison control and they didn't have it listed. Said it might be because its new. ## I may have located a match to your pill, however I cannot view a photo of it, just a description that appears to be similar to yours. The imprint reads "C54" as opposed to "CS4". Because there is no photo I also cannot verify if there is a score line on the pill. It is identified as Tribenzor (amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + olmesartan 40 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure.
