white round pill with 12 on one side just above the center score line. The opposite side is totally blank. ## Hello I was wondering if you have been able to found out what this pill is yet? ## I haven't been able to locate any specific details on this pill yet, but I'm just curious as to how either of you might've came about having it in your possession? For example, did you find it on the street, were given it by a friend, ordered off the internet, or forgotten in an old box in the medicine cabinet? I was hoping it's origin might provide us with some clues to narrow down our search efforts; especially if it was handed off from a friend or someone on the street claiming it to be something it's not, or from an unlicensed pharmacy, etc... Thanks for sharing any additio...

White pill, 512 on one side, single score line on reverse. ## i found this in my medicene cabinet ## To avoid confusion, I have removed the incorrect response!! This pill is NOT just Oxycodone. This is a generic for Percocet, which means it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone. So there is a big difference between this and just taking something that only contains Oxycodone. This is a very potent narcotic pain reliever, with the Acetaminophen as a buffer that can also help with fever and inflammation. This drug is also highly addictive and should never be used without a doctor's approval and supervision. ## round white tablet with IP and 203 written underneath the IP. Otherside is just a score line

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. Our pathologist and clinical lab director must identify this tablet. This is a white, round lightly scored tablet with "BG" on one side...B on one side of score and G on other. The other side has no markings. Thanks! ## I'm sorry, but I can't find this listed in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. With that type of marking, it makes me suspect that it is something available over the counter. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## The tablet was found in the U.S., but location of manufacturer/maker is unknown. ## I found it in the U.S AZ to be exact...

slightly smaller than a dime. white round scored on one side ## Small round white pill with Pfizer on one side and line through centre on other side. Wondering what this pill is. ## Hi Noella, Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. The closest matches found had the Pfizer logo, but also had other markings that didn't match up. Since we do know that the pill is manufactured by Pfizer, I think it would be wise to consider asking them directly through the contact link below: Additional information on that their site includes the following: If you suspect the Pfizer product you have purchased may be counterfeit, contact us at 1-800-438-1985. Was given to me at pharmacy...But I can't find them any where. ## Hi Shonta, There is a white round tablet imprinted with R P 30, that's identified as a 30mg Oxycodone hydrochloride pill. However I haven't seen an actual photograph and can only base this off of a description from Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (hence the R P). That said, these descriptions are somewhat vague and do not mention whether or not there is a score line. Although from what I'm finding, no other pill description matches yours as closely as this one does. So I'd be willing to bet that Oxycodone is what it is. On another note, Doesn't a legitimate pharmacy put labels on their Rx containers? Something also sounds weird about them filling a prescription for just 1 pill? ## I take OXYCODONE 30mg, alw...

This is supposed to be clonazepam. It tastes more like xanax, but dissolves very quickly. Same basic effect as weak/cheap clonazepam. I need an identification for sure, a picture definitely. ## @Annabelle, As of yet, the closest match I'm finding is a white round pill imprinted with "S" on one side and scored once on the other side. This particular pill is identified as Serophene 50 mg; used primarily in the treatment of female infertility. I know you mentioned that your pill had 4 score lines as opposed to 1. Perhaps this can at least help narrow down your search. I do wonder though if the "S" or "Z" logo you're describing is actually depicted as something else in search engines, since my options on Google didn't match up. Has anyone else seen this p...

I would just like to identify this pill. Its one of the smallest I have seen. Little white and has one S imprinted . Please tell me any options of what this cou l d possibly be ## Hello, Jesse! How are you? I've been unable to find a listing for this, so far and with that obscure imprint, I'm inclined to think that it's something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## This pill came from the Philippines and was suppose to be something for pain. I have checked every source I could think of and nothing.

Believe it may be 20mg prednisolone for a dog ## Hi Patrick, Are there any other imprints on your pill that may have been faded or are difficult to make out? I only ask because based on the description provided, the closest match I could find was a white oval shaped pill marked with "GF P120" and a score line. This particular tablet is an OTC cold remedy containing 600mgs of Guaifenesin + 120mgs of Pseudoephedrine. Another similar match that comes up is a round white pill marked with "P120" and nothing else. Although this one is a 325mg Aspirin tablet. Just out of curiosity, what information leads you to believe that it may contain 20mgs of prednisolone? I'm not seeing any specific details online relating to that, and also wonder if it might be something that's n...

It is a small round white pill with 512 on one side and nothing on the other side. No scoring. ## A white round pill marked 512 on one side is identified as Acetaminophen 325 mg + Oxycodone hydrochloride 5 mg. This pill however does have a score line on the other side, which seems to be the only discrepancy in matching your description. Learn More: Acetaminophen + Oxycodone Details Is there any chance that the score line may have been rubbed off or something so that it isn't as noticeable on your pill? They are in a little baggie I found. One is 7 mm and the other one is 8 mm . They are just plain white with a score line on one side and flat on the other. No markings ## Hi Jojo, I've seen white round pills that are scored with no other markings, that were thought to be generic Vicodin (Apap/Hydrocodone) 10/325 from Costa Rica. However there are a few discrepancies I'm seeing between your description and others: *The pill is not "flat", but rather "domed". *The pill is about 4mm thick and 1/2 an inch in diameter. Personally, I doubt these contain Hydrocodone at all. And in the end it sounds like it may be best to just dispose of them safely. However, since there is no easy way to identify something without markings - the only other thing I'd suggest trying i...

Was prescribed but can't read the label of what it is. Help plz ## What pill is round, white, and no imprints on either side ## A white round pill with no imprints could be anything. However, if you believe that there was an imprint that had gotten rubbed off and you're simply unable to read the label, then I would encourage you to have the pill sent in to be analyzed by a lab and/or to utilize a drug panel kit from a local pharmacy that can at least distinguish the presence of various controlled substances. Something else to keep in mind is that there are numerous over-the-counter supplements such as vitamins, minerals, melatonin, magnesium, etc. which are often just smooth pills with no imprints. Is there a score line on either side by chance?

Have found a round white pill with what appears to say "Signatine" or something. I can not make it out because it is in cursive. Also, the back side is scored into quarters. ## Hello Bobo, I have been looking all over and I can't seem to find anything similar to what you are describing. I'm curious as to what it could be, would you be able to give me any other guesses that I might be able to go off of? Is the letter S bigger than the rest? Is the entire imprint in cursive or just the S? Even if it's hard to read can you make out how many letters are in the word? Maybe if I could get just a bit more information I might be able to find something. Let me know. ## I believe that it is TOP DOL Tramadol. ## Few great things that you will always act badly for good.

It is a small white round pill. One side blank and the other side has a line that is placed in the center not going all the way up and down it looks more like a capital I or lower case L. ## Hello, Lee! How are you? So, it only has the score mark and no other markings? If so, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That means that it's most likely something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to many different possibilities. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. The pill is plain on one side and has an X on the other, like it could be cut into quarters. I can't figure out what it is. The pill is small and looks familiar but I can't seem to find just a plainly divided X pill. ## If it has no markings, other than the score line, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a very large number of over the counter items. Flat round white pill with TCL on top, line down the middle and 340 on the bottom. I found it in my car and am not sure if it's just a Tylenol or something I was prescribed and dropped? ## Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol.
