hi i was just wondering if this a generic perocet pill or something like it?? ## Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. Did you possibly find this pill somewhere or obtain it from a friend? One other probable reason for it not showing up is that this pill may have been discontinued for some time and therefore is no longer listed. Another possibility is that the marking has simply been misread. The closest match I can find is N 518 375. I have a close friend that uses this pill as a recreational drug. I try to convince her that it can't be good for her but me not having any knowledge of the effects of it makes my argument a bit ineffective. I believe she uses them with Percocet pills. I have a pill also described as a pill for migraine but I do not know what it is other than that and I want to know more. On one side it has an M on top and 512 on bottom with no score separating the two, on the other side it has nothing and no score on that side either.
