Other than that it's a pretty thick round pill with an "S" imprinted on one side and blank on the other. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? I found 3 small white round pills with the imprint of (i think NL 503) and on the other side of the pill is blank in my son's room. i have tried to look it up on google with no answers. Please help ## Possibly a discontinued Actifed antihistamine/decongestant containing pseudoephedrine and tripolidine.
