Any ideas? ## I can't be completely certain, but there is a 5mg Diazepam tablet with this marking, from what I understand they are usually available in Ireland, so that's what it might be. There is a similar 10mg tablet with a D 10 on it. The other side has a 3-D looking capital B over what looks like a capital M with lines through it ## Hi Laura, The research I've done leads me to believe that the pill you have is not a prescription medication, but could likely be an illicit drug such as a steroid. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. There is a pharmaceutical company in India with the name BM Pharmaceuticals, maybe it was manufactured by them? Nonetheless, if you cannot have it analyzed then I would recommend that you safely dispose of it. Hello S.W.I.M asked S.T.I.K :D What these pills he found were Color : the Coating is White or Off White Shape : Round, pressed pill Markings: on One Side there is a Q @ the Top with 100 @ the bottom *on the same side. This is a small very small pill , a white pill , with the number 100 imprinted on one side an the other side is blank . I cant seem to figure out what it is ! ## Was it found in the U.S. or somewhere else? This imprint is pretty vague, so it may be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. found a small white tablet blank on obe side and a number 2 on the other, what is this? ## I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.

this pill is supposed to be acarbose 100mg but it doesn't match what I had before. The acarbose I took before had an M on one side & A over 100 on the other side. The acarbose this time is plain on one side with the number 54 up top & undernieth are the numbers 251. Both pills are round & white. ## Hello, Julie! How are you?
