found round peach pill with 25 on one side, other side blank, it's about 0.5 cm diameter- could this be an OTC pill? ## Hello, Stacey! How are you? Actually there is a 25mg Quetiapine tablet manufactured by Accord Healthcare that matches this description. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight gain. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is this?found this pill in my aspirin bottle was hoping it was not a trannquilizer ## Hello, Audra! How are you? Actually, I think this is just another Aspirin tablet which contains 81mgs, chewable. Is there any scent to it, like orange or cherry? Many generic over the counter medication factories bottle stuff for more than one store/brand, so one from a different batch may have just gotten accidentally mixed in. The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

I found a small round peach/orange colored pill. One side says AP. The other side has only a line through the middle. Scoured the net but cant find an answer. Anyone know what it is? ## @reaperfields, Do you know any information on where this pill was found or where it may have originated from? Like you, I can't seem to locate any specific details for it on the web. But given the circumstances this leads me to believe that it's probably not your typical US-based prescription drug (which are generally not too difficult for the public to identify with the amount of resources we have available at our finger tips). I have a hunch that it may fall into one or more of the categories below: Over-the-counter Discontinued Foreign If anyone else recognizes this as being something differen...

I found this pill and I'm trying to identify it. My wife and I have both been on several medications for various issues. The older we get, the more meds we get. This pill with SJ on one side and nothing on the other looks familiar, but I can't place it. I found it looking through a car I just bought from a car dealership. It's round, peach, and says R12 on one side and blank on the other. I googled the pill and the results that pop up are riseperdal for bipolar, etc. but those pill images have an M on the other side, the pill I have doesn't. Can anyone help identify it? ## Based on your findings and mine, I can only speculate that this may be a counterfeit of the real 2mg Risperidone tablet marked with M R12; being that the M on the other side is the only differentiating factor. A pill press could've very likely been used in its making...and whomever pressed it may very well have left the back side blank intentionally or by mistake... There's really no way to know for certain without sending it to a lab for an in-depth ...

small round peach/yellow pill with ras 20 in red writing on it ## Was this found in the U.S. or elsewhere? I am not finding a listing for it in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. With that marking, however, I have a strong suspicion that it is probably something available over the counter, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. There are ablosutely no numbers on either side of the pill, which is round and pinkish. It is not an american pill, because all american pill have numbers on them. ## Actually that is incorrect, not all American pills have numbers, or markings on them. That only applies to prescription medications. Over the counter items are not requires to have any type of imprint and, even when they do, they are not required to log them with the U.S. FDA. That means this could still be something from the U.S., however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. There are many that meet this description, not too long ago, I picked up a bottle of B12 vitamin supplements that looked like this, from my local health store. Does anyone else have any idea of what this might be? ## Yo...

Was told this pill is clonazelam...a strong clonazepam...peach/orange ,round, p Z. ..on one side, scored, with a .7 on scored sided. ## Hi Lisa, My leads point to a rather high dose of clonazepam as well. Some reports suggest that it helped alleviate anxiety and promoted better sleep. However, the pill ID is not definitive because there isn't any official literature on its existence (at least not here or through NIH). There is also speculation that it's counterfeit... So for verification, your best bet may be to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Does anyone else here recognize this?
