what is this? ## Hello, According to the FDA regulations all controlled medication needs to have an imprint on the pill for identification purposes. Now that we know it isn't a prescription medication that leaves the options of being a vitamin, supplement or dietary pill. The problem with this is that there are a plethora of brands and types of each of these on the market and the FDA does not require them to be identifiable through their physical appearance. You do have the option of going to a pharmacy and seeing if they will analyze the contents for you, if not you may need to pay for an analyzing service. The only marking is a black "ex" printed, not engraved, on only one side. If so, then that is a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's available over the counter, it's a generic or store brand of Advil or Motrin. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. As to the round, orange tablet with just a P on it, I can't be certain, since that imprint is very obscure, but there is an over the counter laxative that meets this description, it's a generic or store brand for Senokot. Found pill on floor and no idea what it is. Round peach in color one side has a "c" and the other side is blank ## It is a 10mg citalopram ## Just to confirm for others, this is a 10mg Citalopram tablet, manufactured by Caraco.
