Red brown small round no marking no coating ## HI, Lisa! With no markings, it's a bit difficult to determine what the tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. The only exception for a very tiny pill might be for one that was from a package of oral contraceptives, since they are usually packaged in blister cards and aren't always required to have imprints on each tablet. How small is it? Otherwise, if it's not that small, then it's most likely an over the counter medication of some type.

I found a small ziplock baggie with round reddish pink tablets that have and RC with a dot in the middle between the R and the C on one side and scored down the center on the other. The RC is the same size as the tablet itself - a little more than 1/4 in diameter but smaller than 1/2. Need to know what these are.

It is a little smaller than a dime. ## This is an over the counter tablet, Excedrin Tension Headache, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I have the same kind of pill, but it is round and not oblong. All the pictures that I have seen of excedrin tension headache have been an oblong pill with ETH stamped on one side. The one that I have is round with ETH on one side and nothing on the other side. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Round red pill A/C on one side and ZEE on the other ## I can't be 100% certain, but Zee Medical manufactures over the counter products and they usually use the letters on the opposite side to stand for the ingredients in them, so this may contain Acetaminophen and Caffeine. They are sold as generics and store brands. Can anyone verify this?

Friend said got from his mom I told him not to trust and hope he does not take, He Thinks is a 60 OC But blank on both sides. Also his mom has type of cancer, maybe meds for that? ## I could see why your friend might've initially thought it was a 60mg OxyContin, but my opinion is that since there's no markings to verify anything, this could easily be anyone's best guess. The only honest way to identify it would be through a lab analysis or perhaps a even drug panel from the pharmacy. This process should at least help depict the drug class of whatever substance is being evaluated. Additionally, US prescription drugs are required by the FDA to bear an imprint...
