Round 5/16 inch diameter pink pill with number 44397 on one side, no score on the other. Was given this as Aspirin but have reason to believe it is not. Would like to know what it actually is. ## Just to confirm, the imprint 44 397 on a round pink pill has been identified as Aspirin (chewable) 81 mg. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. Can the original poster please double check the imprint and post back?
