Is that the medication you usually take? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, and fluid retention. Are you on any other medications? Found a purple pill that is the color of next nexium but the imprint is upjohn331...anyone know what this could be? ## I think the imprint is wrong. Either someone has tampered with this, switching the capsule or it could be nexium but I wouldn't take chances. Throw it out! ## @Nay, Whereabouts did you get it from? Depending on a pill's origin, I feel that it's legitimacy could probably speak for itself (i.e. from India, the internet, a local pharmacy, a friend, etc). I've also seen the following drug manufacturer's names associated with other pills bearing an "upjohn" imprint: Greenstone LLC, Pfizer (Mexico), Pharmacia Corp. Perhaps through contacting them, they can determine if your pill fits the description of something they actually make (or used to make)... ...
