Ok. I know that they are obviously safe to consume- BUT I put one open and not only is my mouth numb, it is on FIRE and nothing so far (15 min) is helping it subside.... Any ideas? Am I ok or did I burn my mouth? Like wtf!? Thank you. ...

No idea what this pill is. I found a small orangish-redish oval shaped gel pill with the imprint NV 13 on one side ## Hello, April! How are you? The NV logo is used on over the counter products, for instance I am familiar with one that is a Laxative that has the marking NV12 and is the same type of pill. I found these pills in my cabinet loose and nowhere near a box , they are clear orange gel caps... Oval in shap but on one side kinda pinched... The pill I found is 2 in a pack and they are pretty big pills. They are gel, red, oval looking and say 512 on one side...
